A course to bring Emotional intelligence in you
There are different aspects inside any human being. They are Physical, mental, emotional and energy. In this course we will focus on Emotional aspect of any individual which helps to become aware and manage the emotions on the work place and also manage one-self and talk about the science of self-motivation. Participants also understand how to handle stress in day-to‐day life. They will also learn the art of building and strengthening relationship at workplace.
